Interstellar

Interstellar is a woven textile where the warm and supple feel of the wool motifs contrast with a background of textured basket weave recalling the burnished feel of wicker. Interstellar contains the meaningful symbols of Kilim vocabulary in the form of stars which are translated as happiness. Originating from the world of tribal horsemen, these motifs from richly adorned saddle rugs and carpets transmit their tales of adventure through the rocky and untamed landscape of Caucasus.
