Midnight Mademoiselle

Originally created for the restoration of valuable Josef Hoffman benches, this fabric combines cotton with silk and linen to mimic the dry, finely ribbed texture of horsehair so beloved of antique dealers, with various threads of different hues adding further depth to the silk. The large chequered band was added to recreate motifs in the Wiener Werkstätte style.
